In how many days will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order within 1 business day of order confirmation.
In how many days will I receive my product?
All shipments will be made via express courier. You will receive your product in 2 working days (for Italy and the European Union) and 5/6 working days for non-EU orders
How can I check the status of my order after it has been shipped?
As soon as the product is shipped, we will send you an email and inform you of the shipping information and tracking number
Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Yes, you can order and pay for your order on delivery in cash. This option is valid only for orders of less than 350 euros and only for orders placed from Italy.
Can I change the watch strap?
